Las Vegas Field & Focus (LVFF) is committed to maintaining the privacy and protection of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions while participating in our studies.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Las Vegas Field & Focus is a market research company engaged in the collection, analysis, aggregation and dissemination of data provided by you voluntarily through your participation in surveys, questionnaires, study groups, online responses, interviews, direct contact and focus groups. We collect information including, without limitation, items such as your name, occupation, age, physical address, email address, and demographic information. For certain research projects, we may also request certain limited financial or health information.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Las Vegas Field & Focus utilizes multilevel security protocols to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorized use. The information you voluntarily provide as a participant in a study commissioned by an LVFF client is never disseminated to entities other than the LVFF client. Access to your personal information is restricted and limited to select LVFF staff members who are trained in data privacy and protection. We have security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. While we have instituted administrative, electronic and physical measures and procedures to safeguard the information we collect, we cannot guarantee that all information stored on our servers are free from unauthorized access by third-parties (hackers). Your participation in one of our research projects demonstrates you willingly assume the risk associated with unauthorized access by such third-parties. When you are recruited to participate in a study your information will be maintained in LVFF database for participation in future studies. Information provided to our client does not include your last name, phone number, date of birth, or other personally identifying information, and is used to determine your suitability for that particular study. LVFF stores all paper documents with identifying information in a secure location and this information is shredded by a certified vendor every 60 days. All audio and video recordings with identifying information are stored in an electronic drop box which may be downloaded by our clients. All audio and video recordings are accessible to a limited number of appropriately trained LVFF staff and are deleted after 60 days.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Research project respondent information is used solely for research purposes. We will never try to sell you anything; we are only interested in your opinions. When we complete a research project, your responses are generally analyzed in aggregate with all other respondents’ information. We will never share your personal information with anyone except our clients and vendors, and only for market research purposes. Information shared with our clients and vendors does not include your personal identifiers and is limited to the extent necessary for validation or other statistical purposes. LVFF will maintain voluntarily provided contact information for consideration of your participation in future studies. We will disclose your personal information to a third-party if required to do so by law, upon a court order, or subpoena.

ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Your may opt out of any future contact from LVFF at any time. You may also view and request we delete or correct any inaccurate information by contacting us in writing at the below address. LVFF will accommodate your requests to change, correct, or delete, your personal information to the greatest extent possible (e.g. information provided by you through voluntary participation in video or audio group studies are not able to be edited). You may also request we disclose to you your personal information we have in our possession, what the information is being used for, and to whom it has been disclosed, if applicable.

Las Vegas Field & Focus reserves the right to change this policy and our terms of service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy by sending notice to the email address provided by you to LVFF. The effective date of this Privacy Policy is as of the date such information is collected. LVFF reserves the right to revise it Privacy Policy from time to time as deemed necessary.
